Hampton House Farm B & B welcomes all, unfortunately we do not have a downstairs bedroom and we therefore are unable to accommodate guests that are unable to manage stairs.

 

House Layout

 

The accommodation is on two levels, ground floor and first floor.  There is ample parking close by the entrance, this area being covered in  gravel. One small step leads into the house, the remainder of this floor is all on one level. A single flight of 11 steps takes you to the first floor (handrail on your left)

 

Bedrooms

 

The bedrooms are lockable with a key and guests are provided with a key to the entrance door. Each room has a main ceiling light,controllable from the door and also lights either side of the beds.

 

 

The two en suite rooms have large walk-in showers and the third guest room has a private shower room, again with a large walk-in shower. One of the en suite bedrooms has two further steps into the room and two steps down into the bathroom  hand rail on the left (this is a very old house!)

 

Heating is thermostatically controlled and adjustable in all guest rooms. Each room is supplied with a well stocked beverage tray.

All the mobile phone networks have coverage in this area, Vodaphone not quite as good as the rest. We have wireless broadband access, this is free to guests.

People with nut allergies should be aware that we do use nuts in the kitchen, we are happy to supply decaffeinated tea and coffee also soya milk but please advise prior to your arrival.
